Hypnobirthing per couple - 5 week course - TBD

During your Hypnobirthing sessions, you will learn how to use breathing techniques and self-hypnosis to work with your birthing body and muscles.  By releasing endorphins and conditioning the mind and body, you have greater control of your birth.

You will also learn a fusion of exercises from Robozo, Spinning Babies and Hypnobirthing for you to increase flexibility with your pelvic floor, fascia, cervical and broad ligaments.

This will take place at a studio in Fountain Valley. Exact location will be given after payment is received.
